The Horse Barber Visited Reaseheath Equestrian College! This was for a day of teaching a selection of 1st and 2nd year students traditional clipping techniques - in preparation for their clipping exams in November!
We worked with 2 horses over the morning and afternoon sessions. A draft horse by the name of 'Ice' (pictured) behaved as impeccably as the mornings horse 'Big Charlie'. Tutiton consisted of both theory of clipping and learning about the equipment, followed by practical hands on with the horse and using different sets of blades and clippers. Great day with great students!
